Katie Colver
Katie discovered the healing power of yoga when she was in high school, and has been a devoted practitioner ever since. She did her first teacher training with Maty Ezraty and Lisa Walford at Yogaworks in 2004. Other primary teachers of Katie’s include Seane Corn, Annie Carpenter, and Stephanie Snyder. The bulk of her yoga background is in Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga yoga, although she continues to explore many styles of yoga, all of which influence her teaching. These include Anusara and Shadow yoga. Katie’s classes also draw on her passions for yoga philosophy, music, social justice, and Humanistic and Jungian psychology. Katie’s classes are open to students of all experience levels, and are challenging but playful, as she encourages students to listen to their bodies and find their own unique expressions of the practice. Katie is an active member of the Off the Mat, Into the World community and facilitates leadership programs about yoga and activism. In addition to teaching yoga she is a musician, and has also recently begun studying Kirtan. Katie strives to empower people to find and manifest purpose and meaning in their lives in the ways best for them.

Oliver Brink
Oliver Brink is a certified yoga instructor through the Barefoot movement. Studying yoga under Leah Gillman, Carrie Adams, Parag Mody and Julie Batahas. Oliver has been a practitioner of movement since he was little in the field of dance and discovered Yoga while in college, exploring its benefits of restructuring his posture, finding inner balance, and creating strength. Oliver is now working with individuals and groups undoing the stress that is put on us from our daily lives. He caters his teaching classes of varied experience, including individuals whom are new to yoga and he has experience working individually with people who have chronic disease. Oliver choreographs movements in a playful and active Vinyassa flow - a mindful engagement of body and breath while building strength and gaining flexibility.

Sara Haston
Sara stepped onto the mat when she was fifteen years old and was allured by its ability to bring her sustained feelings of peace and joy. Following more than a decade of personal practice in various yogic traditions she received her 200-hour level teacher training certification in the Spring of 2009 with Kathleen Hunt of Samadhi Yoga in Seattle. The 6-month long training gave her a solid foundation in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Pre-Natal class instruction. Sara teaches Hatha flow classes that focus on breath and alignment, and encourage grace and playfulness. She also believes yoga should be accessible to all people, and co-founded a donation-based yoga collective in Oakland, East Bay Community Yoga. Sara loves to keep her teaching skills fresh by participating in workshops, such as a one completed in the Art of Physical Yoga Assists with Jill Abelson at Yoga Tree. Recently her interest in mind-body-spirit health carried her to receive an M.A. in Integrative Health from California Institute of Integral Studies. Crystal Haviland
Crystal Haviland has always had a deep desire to learn about the human condition and an attraction to holistic approaches to health and transformation. She is a student of psychology with several years of counseling experience and a student of yoga with a sincere interest in helping to facilitate healthier people, healthier communities and a healthier world. After several years of serious practice Crystal took part in and completed the 200-hour certification through Barefoot Movement’s Flow Yoga Teacher Training studying under Leah Gillman, Carrie Adams, Ambika Selvan and Robert Brooke. Crystal’s classes are even-paced dynamic Hatha classes with an emphasis on breath and posure. Learn to inhabit your body and calm your mind.
